Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing time may be slightly extended.
Estimated Delivery Times

• Europe: 5–14 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–16 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear while parcels move through international logistics hubs.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is correct at checkout. AMMIKA cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be responsible for customs or import duties, depending on destination country regulations.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel shows no movement for an extended period or is confirmed lost by our courier partners, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
